Born and raised in Tuckerton and Long Beach Island in Southern Ocean County NJ, I grew up on the beach and amidst the pines barrens drenched in nature. Introduced to dance at the suggestion of my pediatrician to align my hips and knees, I discovered a profound life long connection to movement and understanding my body. Growing up, I immersed myself in dance, journeying across New Jersey for various engagements. Later, I pursued higher education in NYC, where I lived, professionally danced and taught for over 23 years and counting!

My passion extends beyond movement; I cherish education, culture, art, and the rich relationships fostered through my work. Returning home in 2017 to the beach, I continue to thrive in the realms of  local arts and sciences, while serving proudly on the board of trustees to a very special place I knew growing up, The Tuckerton Library.
